A. Eligibility Requirements
A student-applicant must comply with the following qualifications to avail the scholarship:
- Filipino Citizen;
- Graduating senior high school student/senior high school graduate or Alternative Learning System (ALS) graduate with a general weighted average grade (GWA) of at least 80% or its equivalent or college student with earned academic units in the degree programs identified by PCA with a GWA of at least 80% the previous semester or its equivalent;
- Duly registered coconut farmer in the NCFRS or his/her dependent. Only one qualified family member will be awarded at a time; and
- Must have a combined annual gross income of parents not exceeding ₱300,000.00.
In highly exceptional cases where income exceeds ₱300,000.00, the concerned CHED Regional Office (CHEDRO) shall determine the merits of the application. Cases such as but not limited to family member/s having medical issues or those with two (2) or more dependents enrolled in college may be considered as meritorious.

Eighty percent (80%) of the slots will be allocated to the identified programs by the PCA which are directly contributing to the advancement of the coconut industry. While, the twenty percent (20%) will be for other fields, allowing students to pursue broader career options.
B. Documentary Requirements
Student-applicants must comply with the following requirements for the scholarship grant and be uploaded to the student-applicant designated portal account preferably in PDF format:
- Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority;
- Academic:
• For senior high school students – duly certified true copy of grades for Grade 11 and first semester for Grade 12;
• For senior high school graduates – Form 138 or SF 9
• For ALS graduate – duly certified true copy of grades for Grade 12
• For applicants with earned units or currently enrolled in college – duly Certified Copy of Grades for the latest semester/term attended
- PCA Certification;
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended (applicable for incoming first year college applicants or transferees);
- Notice of admission from the HEIs (for incoming first year college students or transferees);
- Proof of Income – ANY of the following:
- Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of applicant and/spouse/parents/guardians if employed;
- Certificate of Tax Exemption from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR);
- Certificate of No Income from BIR;
- Certificate of Low Income from the BIR indicating the actual amount of income; or
- Certificate/Case Study from City/Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (C/MSWDO).
7. Original/certified true copy of certification issued by the HEIs certifying that the applicant is currently enrolled in CoScho identified priority programs and not enjoying any national government-funded scholarship program (for currently enrolled college student applicants—2nd, 3rd and 4th year levels)
C. Financial Assistance Package
The financial assistance under this Scholarship Program shall consist of the regular and other allowances which shall be released per semester of a given academic year.
Tuition and other school fees will no longer be provided in the financial benefits to align with the implementation of RA No. 10931- “Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act”, which now provides for free tuition and other school fees following the effectivity of the law.
For participating HEIs with a trimester or quarter system, the total amount of the regular allowances assistance stated below shall be distributed proportionately for every semester/quarter.

Scholars enrolled in the PHEIs located in municipalities or cities of residence with no SUC or CHED-recognized LUC shall be entitled for tuition fee assistance:

Thesis should be related to the coconut industry as a prerequisite for the release of allowance. Group thesis shall not be allowed.
Monetary Grant for Board Topnotchers
A monetary grant shall be given to the graduates who topped the licensure examination subject to the availability of funds

Review Fee Assistance
Graduates who opted to enroll in a review center in preparation for licensure examination/s, shall also be provided with review fee assistance up to two (2) takes. To claim the reimbursement/s of the actual review fee expenses, the graduates must submit the following documents:
- Proof of admission to take the exam issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC);
- OR from review center/s; and
- Result/s of the examination issued by the PRC for re-takers
D. Selection Process and Application Procedure
In the selection of beneficiaries, the following percentage distribution shall be used in ranking:
