The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and UniFAST conducted the Orientation on the 2026 Revised TES and TDP Guidelines for CHED-UniFAST focal persons, UniFAST accountants, and lead regional coordinators on May 20, 2026 at Seda Vertis North, Quezon City. The activity aimed to strengthen the implementation of the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) through updated policies and operational guidelines.
Representing CHED Caraga in the orientation were Education Supervisor and Scholarship/UniFAST In-Charge Mr. Ever Joy G. Rabadan, UniFAST Lead Regional Coordinator Ms. Heidi M. Paradero, and UniFAST Accountant Ms. Florence Lapinig, CPA. The activity featured discussions on the revised TES and TDP guidelines, ICT system updates, and implementation procedures to further improve the delivery of student financial assistance programs.
The orientation also served as a venue for participants from different regions to clarify operational concerns and exchange best practices related to the implementation of UniFAST programs.
Through its participation in national orientations and coordination activities, CHED Caraga continues to strengthen the delivery of scholarship and financial assistance programs for deserving students across the region.
