The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Caraga Regional Office successfully conducted an ocular inspection on May 21, 2026 at the new HEI-applicant, CARD-MRI Development Institute, Inc. located in Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.

During the visit, the CHED Caraga team, headed by Dr. Nelia A. Alibin, Director IV, inspected the campus facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, library, and other essential offices intended to support the delivery of academic and student services. Discussions were also held regarding institutional operations, program requirements, compliance standards, and various institutional initiatives geared toward ensuring the delivery of quality higher education.

The activity forms part of CHED Caraga’s continuing commitment to monitor and evaluate higher education institutions in the region, ensuring that academic institutions meet established standards and provide accessible, relevant, and quality education to learners.
