The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) is now set to level up the enlistment system of the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), a comprehensive alternative learning program that allows working professionals to earn a bachelor’s degree without traditional schooling.

Together with the ETEEAP-deputized higher education institutions (HEIs) across the country, the Commission will be launching the ETEEAP National Registration and Onboarding for Lifelong Learning Overseas Filipino Workers (ENROLL OFWs) on April 07, 2026, as one of the highlights of the ETEEAP sa Bagong Pilipinas Forum at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde, Malate, Manila.

ENROLL OFWs will serve as a mechanism for the pre-assessment of adult learners who intend to acquire a degree via ETEEAP, including those repatriated OFWs affected by the current crisis in the Middle East.

In Caraga, the system shall be deployed to Saint Joseph Institute of Technology (SJIT), the region’s lone ETEEAP-deputized HEI. All interested applicants are encouraged to coordinate directly with SJIT, or access https://eteeap.ched.gov.ph/ for the complete details.
