CHED Commissioner Dr. Ricmar P. Aquino spearheaded the Special Board Meeting of North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU) held on March 18, 2026 at NEMSU Board Room, Tandag City.
As the Chair of NEMSU’s Board of Regents, Commissioner Aquino guided the university in its initiatives towards strengthening its academic and administrative operations.
Also present in the said meeting was CHED Caraga Regional Director, Dr. Nelia A. Alibin, who expressed her utmost support to all the university’s undertakings towards achieving excellent higher education in the province of Surigao del Sur and the entire Caraga region.
