As part of the three-day regional visit to State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in Caraga, Commissioner Ricmar P. Aquino of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), together with CHED Caraga Regional Director Dr. Nelia A. Alibin met various officials, faculty members, and students of the Philippine Normal University (PNU) Mindanao Campus in Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur on March 18, 2026.
Key developments and on-going initiatives of the institution were reviewed, ensuring its alignment towards achieving excellence in the field of teacher education, and addressing national higher education priorities.
The visit is part of CHED’s commitment to empowering higher education institutions in delivering quality education and producing competent, globally competitive educators.
