The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Caraga, represented by Regional Director Dr. Nelia A. Alibin took part in the Joint Caraga Regional Development Council (RDC) Full Council – Advisory Committee (AdCom) Meeting held on March 24, 2026, at the LMX Convention Center, Bancasi, Butuan City.
Highlights of the meeting included the deliberation of the Fiscal Year 2027 budget proposals of agency regional offices and state universities and colleges (SUCs). Updates from various sectoral committees were also presented, along with the confirmation of resolutions and endorsement of priority programs and projects across economic, infrastructure, social, and research sectors.
CHED Caraga remains proactive in its commitment to contributing to regional development efforts, particularly in advancing quality and accessible higher education in the region.
