The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Caraga Regional Office successfully completed the 2nd ISO 9001:2025 Surveillance Audit conducted today, March 6, 2026, at the HEDC Bldg., CSU Campus, Ampayon, Butuan City.
Audit results showed zero non-conformity across all the audited processes, reflecting the agencyโs collective efforts and strict implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
These efforts show the Commissionโs drive for effective and efficient service delivery towards achieving an inclusive and excellent higher education community.
CHED Caraga, under the strong leadership of Dr. Nelia A. Alibin, expressed its gratitude to the auditors of SOCOTEC Certification Philippines, Inc., Mr. Gerard Cayetano and Mr. Billy Sadangsal, for extending guidance and support to the regional office as it pushes for continual improvement in its operations.
The Surveillance Audit is being conducted between ISO certification cycles to verify the organizationโs continued compliance with standards and ensuring that QMS is maintained, effective, and improving, while addressing risks and any non-conformities from previous assessments.
