In preparation for the upcoming Regional Caravan of Project PEPA (Patuloy na Edukasyon, Patuloy na Pag-Ahon), the Commission on Higher Education – Caraga Regional Office, through Mr. Ever Joy G. Rabadan, MAEM, MSc., Education Supervisor II and UniFAST/Scholarship Unit In-Charge, together with Ms. Heidi M. Paradero, Project Technical Staff III/Lead Regional Coordinator of UniFAST Caraga, convened with partner agencies during the coordinative meeting held on February 25, 2026.

Representatives from TESDA, DepEd, and DSWD participated in the meeting to align strategies and finalize preparations for the caravan. The initiative aims to bring government-funded educational opportunities and social support programs closer to communities, particularly graduating beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).

Discussions focused on unified messaging, identification of target schools and beneficiaries, logistical coordination, and clear agency roles to ensure smooth and effective implementation. Through strengthened coordination and shared planning, partner agencies reaffirmed their commitment to guiding 4Ps learners toward continued education, whether through higher education, technical-vocational pathways, or scholarship opportunities that will help shape their future.
